- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and current. tk000 is not liable for any consequences resulting from false or misleading registration information.
tk000 takes its responsibilities regarding underage gambling seriously. Any employee, agent, or representative of tk000 who becomes aware of an underage player on the platform is obligated to report the matter immediately. Underage players will have their accounts closed, all funds returned to the originating payment method, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of tk000 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must register a player account. tk000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that we have reasonable grounds to believe has been registered using false information, is being used fraudulently, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on tk000 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tk000 does not support multi-currency accounts. Deposits

Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules govern the placement and settlement of bets and the play of casino games across all products available on tk000, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming format offered on the platform.
- Bet Placement: Bets are accepted only from logged-in players with sufficient real money or bonus balance to cover the full stake. Bets placed without adequate balance will be rejected. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

Bets placed immediately before a market suspension may be accepted or rejected at tk000's discretion based on the timing of the bet relative to the suspending event.
- Casino Game Rules: Each casino game is governed by the rules of its individual game provider. These rules are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.
- RNG Certification: All random number generator-based games available on tk000 — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified RNG software audited by independent testing laboratories. Results cannot be influenced by tk000 or any player.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. Applicable limits are displayed within the game or betting interface prior to bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk000 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity on the platform.
- Money Laundering: Using tk000 to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. tk000 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through methods including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated bonus claiming across related accounts, or placing hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker formats, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage over tk000 or other players.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automation software, or any non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or access account features on tk000.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, display glitches, system bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any profits generated through known exploits may be voided.
- Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or harassing communications toward tk000 staff members or other players through any support or communication channel associated with the platform.
- Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
Account Suspension & Closure
tk000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may lead to account suspension or closure:
- Breach of Terms: Any confirmed or reasonably suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failed Verification: Failure to complete identity verification within the time frame requested by tk000, or provision of documentation that cannot be verified as authentic.
- Inactivity: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. tk000 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy policy to the account balance.
- Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the point of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who activate self-exclusion through their account settings or via a request to the support team will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. During exclusion, login access, deposit facilities, and marketing communications are all suspended.
- Regulatory or Legal Requirement: tk000 may be required by applicable law, regulation, or a binding order from a competent authority to suspend or close an account and hold associated funds pending further instruction.
Where an account is closed due to a player's own breach of these terms, any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the originating payment method following the completion of any necessary investigation, which tk000 will endeavour to conclude within 28 days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the tk000 complaints process will be subject to binding resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

While tk000 selects partners carefully, it is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or terms changes originating from third-party services.
